What i can do:
My experience, is derived, from photo-shop, through to gtk radiant. I have been photo-shopping, for nearly, 1 year, just the basics. I use, photo-shop cs3/4/6. I started mapping, in Gtk - Radiant, a little over 3 weeks ago. I normally, put in 4-5 hours, a day into my maps, depending on what map, i have in my project list. I am not a pro, and i do not to intend to come off as a professional. Merely, someone, who is learning the ropes of mapping, and graphics. raw, talent if you will. I am also, starting to make my own textures, of good quality.

I also, have a decent background, with domains, and forums. I have created my own forums, with games, and links, and whatnot. here it is, it even has a [.com/domain]; www.gameboundary.com

An other addition feature, to my knowledge, is crosshairs, for GunZ. Below i will provide only a small portion, of my crosshairs, that i have custom created myself, in photoshop.

Why i should be hired:

I believe i should be hired, because i feel that my talent posses, some potential, in this era of developing. With some guiding of a Head-developer, i could push out some nice stuff, for your community. I work, daily, and i will work longer, if need be.

What i cannot do:

I have no experience in modeling weapons, and clothing aka; gear. I am willing to learn, if anyone has the time to put in. As i once, stated above. I learn quick! As for coding goes, i have nothing in that era.
